Stable setup and configuration to use Jupyter Notebook for Javascript and HTML implementation

Hi, I like using Jupyter notebook for Python code. My installation is dependent on Anaconda. I also want to use this practical notebook for javascript based visualizations. I may use different visualization scripting libraries. The html code (or may be code part) would probably include an SVG object and both inline and referenced javascript code. So far, I tried installing Javascript Kernel to the Jupyter, but I couldnt made it run perfectly. Interestingly I got better results using Python Kernel. I was able to use some vis library and showed a small visualization. But it does not work for all kind of scripts (inline, outside code etc. ) . I also want to show full Html files in this way. I already used "magic functions" but frankly it is clear that I am doing something wrong. I just need help to run this environment for me for my target. The expert may use teamviewer or he/she may try his/her computer and describe me the working code and configuration so that I can repeat. Thank you in advance. Please do not write if you are not capable of doing this. Cause I don't want to loose too much time on this.
