update an existing npm package for Vuejs (VuexFire)

I am currently using Vuexfire to bind my Firestore database to my Vuex store.
The problem is that Vuexfire only adds the id of the firebase document when committing its mutations, but I require the entire reference object (which also contains information about the parent collection and parent document id).
I require somebody who can
- fork the package (just the firestore branch, not the master)
- adjust it so that it works using the entire Firestore reference object
- repackage it (including dist folder)
- upload it to my github repository so that I can simply reference it in my package json instead of the original npm package.
