full time coder

I need a full time all around good coder that can give me 40 hours per week of dedicated time and effort. The sites pages are dynamically built and needs many pages filled with content and software. The site is written in jsp and you'll need php and xml skills as well. Knowledge of the Google API sets will be very helpful as well as Mysql database access/creation/editing. This job should take 10 to 15 weeks (maybe longer) and I'll pay on a per week basis via getafreelancer. I live in the EST time zone and I would prefer someone that can work at least several hours per day in my work day. For anyone living in India that means working evenings till 7 or 8 PM your time. Your bid is for how much you want per 40 hour week. I'm willing to pay anywhere from $75 to $150 per week depending upon your skill set and quantity and quality of the work completed.
