Laravel developer is required to add features in existing system

Hello, I have a video streaming site (you can think of youtube) developed on laravel 5.4. The site has an admin panel that contains the functionality to assign ads(banner, video) on channels videos.

Now I want to add the following 2 functionalities on the site.

1- Button to assign an ad to all (verified)videos of all (verified)channels. Currently, we can assign one ad to one video at a time.

2- Functionality and design to put ads on the pages(home and video page). We need to put ads(typical sidebar ads) on the home and video pages.
