I need some help with finding some leads. I brew a beer that has normal alcohol level but there is something in the ingredients and in the process that makes it “lighter”: the alcohol does not go to the head and makes drinkers not feeling themselves drunk (in still reasonable volumes) compared  to another beer with same alcohol content.I am a startup and my idea is to launch this beer for aperitif, at high/premium price. I shall never disclose or patent the recipe. My project is to find very good value propositions for this beer. I need a marketing expert possibly in the beverage field. The project is very sensible:I do not want to give this as message to people for getting drunk. I want to be on the positive attitude. Not necessary to be labeled as healthy beer as well. My idea is to focus on the light function and stress this property of the beer of having less impact on the drinkers head. Imagine a normal occasional drinker, who wants to drink something alcoholic to relax, one or two drinks, maybe at a party, maybe alone. He takes this drink, maybe a couple, he is relaxed but does not feel the legs bending down.I need value propositions as basis for my marketing strategy. I made marketing studies as well and need a novel approach not to fall in ethical problems. I do not have scientific proof because the university institutions so far did not support proof studies because of ethical reasons. It just works.
