Hello, We are looking for someone with legal expertise in the United States: 1-Trademarking, 2-Patent, and 3-Incorporation legal areas, who will answer specific issues, and be available for ongoing work thereafter: SPECIFIC ISSUES: 1 – US Federal Search of the Federal Trademark Database and related Explanation of Results: You will look for potential conflicts for a trademark we desire (trademarks will be provided). The trademark search results you find need to be explained. 2- Inquiry into thread patents: Many plastic tubs / containers have \"screw-able\" lids which use threads. For example, can a company patent a specific pattern like the one seen here [login to view URL] Ie answer: is this currently the case + is it possible? We also therefore need to know whether any company (B) can create the matching (negative) Lid thread of another company’s (A) Tub thread; therefore allowing B to screw onto A.
