I am looking for a lawyer or legal consultant who has a vast understanding of company formation in oversea markets. I am a UK citizen, based in the UK. However, a medical start up I am developing requires formation in an overseas market and not the UK. I need legal support in order to determine whether my plan is legally feasible and determine whether formation is to be in USA or any other country which is most appropriate for my situation taking into consideration all factors. The structure is simple; I am the sole director and employee. I have no associations overseas currently.
