AWS Cloud Formation Question

(Trying to Learn) Help me understand this: Question: Launch the provided Cloud Formation template in the eu-west-1 (Ireland) region. Once the Environment is launched, identify why the content of the web site is not being displayed through the load balance’s hostname? The DNS name of the Elastic Load Balancer will appear in the Cloudformation Outputs tab? Please note that you will not be required to log on to the web server to resolve the issues. Just trying to understand why the above case is true? We can use my environment on Hangouts or Skype? Is $10 ok? (Please note I am out of work and have a small budget) (If not how much?) (Did I miss something?) (Sorry I am broke, but that is about my budget) Is this something you can work on now? If not now, please share how soon? We can work on Google Hangouts or any desktop sharing you may have? Please share your thoughts? If you have questions please confirm you read all of this, before reaching to me.
