Help me troubleshoot my new PC build -- 2

Hello Check your monitor with another PC to confirm Monitor working. Also confirm your Monitor operating frequency and that configured on your PC. Config it for lower frequency like 50, 60hz. Start with lower resolution. You could also check and confirm your monitor if you boot into any CLi based operating system like Linux. WHen linux boots up0 it will show a lot of CLi output on very low hz and almost no conflicting resolution. This will confirm that monitor is fine and something needs fixing with your VGA card drivers in the OS (i.e. Windows). I hope this was clear. Contact me for details. My Regards
