Install PBX and Softether VPN on Cloud Server

The job is to:
- Install and configure PBX (FreePBX or 3CX) and Softether VPN on OVH Centos/Debian economic Cloud Server,
- Configure 5 users for all supported VPN protocols and make sure the traffic is working from the end user to the internet (in a country blocking sip and OpenVPN) via the VPN server and Prepared OpenVPN client .ovpn files,
- Certificate authentication needs to be setup and procedure to issue the certificate to users must be provided (short text). For the moment authentication will be done using username and password.
- Configure and test available SIP Trunk, Test the quality of service on the different protocol for one week.
