Resolve my smtp server for hotmail

Hello,
I installed Centos 7 + CPanel on a VPS. I've a static ip of course, I setup reverse dns ptr record (thru ISP) that matches my mail server host name, IP is not on any public blacklists, Setup MX, DKIM, SPF, DMARC. Sending test mail at [login to view URL] obtain 10/10 points and everything is working perfect.
I have got a strange problem with hotmail, because when i put on the specific words on the subject like "SPF Testing", "SPF Successful", "Testing" my emails goes straight to inbox, but when I put any words like "Hey", "Meeting tonight"..etc, my email will go to junk. I have testing on 3rd party smtp service and it works fine when I use "Hey", "How are you?", "Meeting tonight", "What is the minimum?"...etc. I dont know why my emails goes to hotmail junk when I cant put any subject by using my own smtp server.
I need you to have a look to see if you know what the issue is and how to fix it to prevent my email goes to hotmail junk. If you can fix it i will pay after the issue is fix. If you fix i will pay $50. Thanks for your interest.
