Visualizor KTM on Hetzner Server. With two VPS's India

Proposal : We are looking for the right person with experience with KVM / OPENVZ / most important Virtualizor. Task to be completed 1 Install Virtualizor on dedicated Hetzner Server. (we prefer 16.04 Ubuntu as Host OS) 2 Create 2 KVM vps 2a (first VPS) 1Tb Webuzo - Ubuntu 2b (second VPS ) 3Tb Webuzo -Ubuntu Virtualizor has to be setup where it can create VPS by itself. For when we add billing system in later. SO understanding of Virtualizor is important. Please respond with you experience with Hetzner Servers and Virtualizor / Softaculous. Please QUOTE for items 1, 2, (2a, & 2b) . include what time frame to get tasks completed. We would prefer someone from India as contacting Softaculous tech support is located there.
