Looking for an Artist who can create logo designs for two small businesses

I am not just looking for a graphic designer, but I am looking for an artist that can help develop some logo design options for two small businesses (one sells jewelry and fabric and the other sells outerwear). Both brands are very feminine and target a primary female audience and the final designs will have to appeal to that demographic. I am looking to work with a designer who will be able to do some sketches in the development of the initial design and incorporate some specific indigenous design elements and then then take the logos to the next level by adding text and experimenting with some different colors and fonts. I have a vision for the designs but am open to new ideas and am looking for a talented artist and graphic designer that can take these designs to the next level. We will need a few versions that will be presented and then a final version selected. This project requires upon completion an IP release and all design files.
