We need a Logo-Designer for our Company

We are a new Marketing Agency which is run by two Persons, Mario and Matthias. The Name of our Company is "Agentur-M" but we are not quite happy with our logo. We want a one-of-a-kind logo that every customer remembers who we are when he sees the logo. The logo has to have two parts. One is the figurative mark and one the text-mark. They should work together perfectly but also independently. Attached, you can find the Logo we are using right now. We are very happy with the Text-Mark "Agentur-M" but we are not really happy with the figurative mark. We love abstract design and i have attached you some ideas we really like. What we need from you in a quick overview: - Figurative mark - Text Mark (you can use the same as we already have in our logo if you want) - Both of these marks should work together but also independently - The logo should come in dark-blue and light-blue (as the ASE-File attached) - Also a white and a black version The colors should stay almost the same because blue is our color.
