machine learning for image classification

Hi! My name is Konstantin. I'm an expert in machine and deep learning and I have a lot of experience (outside of freelancer) with Tensorflow and Keras running on top of GPU accelerators. The project I'm working on right is real-time video frames classification using Tensorflow + multiple nVidia 1080 cards, my algorithm is classifying whole frames using similar to your need characteristics, so I think I can do this easily. I already have some ideas how to implement the algorithm for you. The only one question - how balanced the database you have in terms of number of sample images per class? The colour cast class need to have the maximum amount of images to train network properly. P.S. One more question. Do you need strictly tensorflow-based solution? From my previous information retrieval and machine vision experience this classification can be efficiently performed using traditional features extraction + simple machine learning algorithms.
