Help me set up and integrate Mailchimp with my Shopify store.

Hi Guys, I need some serious help asap in setting up and integrating my Mailchimp account to my Shopify store. I need this done quickly! Tasks to be done as part of this- Set up my pop up at the front of my store to capture- First Name- Last Name- Email Integrate the front page sign up email capture (email only) Make sure that best practice is followed by returning customers directly back to the original page after sign up. I have a mail chimp count set up, as well as my Shopify store and will provide log in details for both. Once again, need completed as soon as possible!
