Hi Emerson, It would not save cost if with plastic insert;we suggest the design of full set aluminium material; because mold cost for plastic insert is around $1240 and $790 for aluminium box. Relevant Skills and Experience We suggest full set aluminium tins, as the mold cost for plastic insert is big; unit price will be much higher when order quantity is small.
