find a showbiz economic and finances expert

Hello there, I am looking for an expert which could help me finalize the economic and financial aspects of the show I am building and developing for two years. This is a very original piece of presentation and I am not able to find a similar kind of artist to inspire me and find the way to price this show. The show is a traveling exhibition of ten extraordinary miniature landscapes of UFO events measuring each 120cm x 60cm (4 x 2Inches). Each model board is a reproduction at 1:72 scale of a UFO case file. This self-contained presentation consists of 12 road boxes containing the ten miniature scale models and all the equipment to present it in a very attractive manner including music and sound effects, lighting, support tables, backdrops and photographic backgrounds, descriptive signs and banners, presentation posters etc… I have a general idea how I would like to present and sell the production but do not know if it is the right way and how to set up this aspect of the show. I need to talk to an experienced showbiz person that will help me to find the answers to my many questions.
