Inside Sales - Remote

Flashfit is a fitness software application that brings people together and helps get you up and moving throughout the day one-minute at a time.

The Company is located in San Marcos, TX. The hours are flexible, 10-20 hours per week, based on your schedule. The Company is early stage so a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be selling to Companies with 100+ employees, largely working with Human Resource managers to improve their employee wellness programs using Flashfit.

Duties:

Outbound sales calling to Human Resource Managers to discuss and sell product

Managing and following up on various mailing campaigns

Coordinate and manage lead information provided by management

Managing the sales funnel and keeping information and lead status up to date

Coordinating & completing customer orders and customer product demos

Work with CEO on messaging and assessing market opportunities

Requirements

High School Completed, some college preferred

Familiar with software technology and comfortable using and demo-ing software applications

Friendly voice and upbeat personality, strong English necessary

Willingness to cold call and sell over the phone, experience is great and comfortable being told "no" but ability to work hard for a "yes"

Ability to work during normal business hours 9-5 for US Time 10+ hours per week

Mature and responsible, self motivated, loves to sell, communicate and talk to people
