I need a professional marketing developer who can market an amateur rider

hello, as what i wrote in the subject that i need a professional marketing developer who can market an amateur bike rider who has a wide view for his profession and got more than 4 championship (1st) in local rally races . he also has a different skills in mechanic and so..we did a professional video clip that show everything about the rider and the small team he has (1 mechanic +1 photographer +1 helper+1 team manger+1 team presenter) + the story from the beginning for loving bikes(the history from childhood filmed by this video) during that it shows the news paper and the testimonies that was written for him and some clip for riding in the desert and some pic while wining . We would like to market him through some local company by setup a very attractive CV that can bring a good sponsor , and to guide us to the best ways to follow and what to do to present this in a professional way . thanks i attached here the profile of the rider
