Childrens Shoe/Boot Design

Hi,

We are looking for a shoe designer to come up with designs for children (to start with girls boots and shoes). The inspiration behind the shoe design which I will discuss with you once I have decided to work with you is behind our two little daughters. We are looking for a footwear designer with the following experience and skill set.

1. previous experience working on childrens and womens footwear (please provide me with examples/portfolio)

2. experience with durable material selection (a must)

3. experience with shoe water proofing / water ingress

4. experience with prototyping / working with a prototype shop (please provide contacts of prototype shops you have worked with)

5. experience working with manufacturing units (US/International)

6. last need to have some experience in footwear packaging.

we are looking to build on 5 different designs on a girls shoe and boot. and knit style lace free shoe/boot design
