Optimization of Off grid SOLAR system-Electrical Engineer Expert in MATLAB

I'm working as a solar engineer, right now we are working on academic research where we need to do coding on MATLAB to design off grid system.
Currently we are working on standalone system , so The current aim is to perform and implement "optimization technique that storage battery capacity, PV arrays are optimized well."
this standalone system will be for a farm/house , and we will have "load demand and meteorological data in hourly basis" to have an accurate results.
note that we need to have methodology and MATLAB code that shows these , also it should be possible to generalize the code for other areas, (in case of absence by changing the hourly base to daily base by changing equation parameters)
Also it should consider cost (maintenance, capital, operation etc.)
Note: we prefer numerical method and linear topology for simplification
NOTE---> I need only electrical engineer with experience in SOLAR + MATLAB
