As I can see, the project is based on discrete PLC programming, with digital I/O, counters and timers. You have also steps in your project, so I think the best structure of the program should be grafcet steps implemented in ladder, and after the ladder diagram is finished, I can design a little HMI program for the buttons, so it would be more user friendly. I have two years experience in this area, so I think it would not be a problem. For any questions regarding how I will implement the project, please don't hesitate to contact me.

My name is James Musgrave. I have been working as an automations and controls engineer for over 25 years, ( 10 at Rockwell Automation, 15 with international OEM packaging organizations). I have personally designed and built hundreds of similar systems many in the packaging industries; I am Microsoft and Rockwell Automation Certified. I have a valid United States of America passport. I would complete this project using Rockwell Automatonls RSlogix 500 or 5000 controller software, and would be able to do so in a greatly reduced period of time due to my deep experience in design, hardware, software, PLC controls, HMI programming, data recording and PC network configurations and communications. I have personally started up 100’s of manufacturing lines internationally, and have traveled to Japan, Poland, Venezualla, China, etc… The outline for my approach encompasses hardware, software, peripheral device analysis, and the schematic documentation created by myself via ACAD.
