VHDL digital lock

I have a project that im working on and need to do it by 4/27/2018. I need to show the simulation that the program is running and may need help understanding how it runs. I want someone to do the project and explain to me how it was done and to show me that the program is running (simulation). I have attached a file of the description and the board I will be using, it has and integrated ADC chip that will need to be used in the program. Basically its building a program for a digital lock using 3 2-digit codes and downloading this program to the board for testing.I need the help urgently.
