Configure Exchange 2016 / Office 365

You are required to configure Exchange 2016 / Office 365. I have two existing mailboxes: 1) user-ONE@[login to view URL] (Office 365 business Premium subscription) 2) user-TWO@[login to view URL] (Exchange Online Plan 1) I have two domains: 1) [login to view URL] 2) [login to view URL] The DNS for both [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are already configured so MX records etc. points to Microsoft. Task one: All mail sent to either [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] must be accepted and processed by exchange. I know this as catch-all so *@[login to view URL] and *@[login to view URL] should not be rejected. Task two: 1) All mail sent to user-TWO@[login to view URL] must end up in mailbox user-TWO@domain-ONE.com. 2) Additionally all mail sent to *.user-TWO@[login to view URL] must end up in mailbox user-TWO@domain-ONE.com. NOTE the DOT (.) in the e-mail address. I have been using plus-addressing for many years and receive mail from hundreds of customers each using a unique CustomerNumber.user-TWO@[login to view URL] formatted address. 3) All other mail (unless rejected by a custom mail flow rule) must end up in mailbox user-ONE@domain-ONE.com. I will create Inbox rules to handle mail (redirect, automatic reply etc.) once it lands in the mailbox. 4) Configure one mail flow rule to reject mail to a known compromised e-mail address (ADOBE.user-ONE@[login to view URL]) 5) Configure one mail flow rule to reject (with a message) all mail from a know spam domain (e.g. *@[login to view URL]) I am not an Exchange professional so some of the terminology used might not be correct so please ask if you have any questions. The configuration above has been working on IceWarp/Merakmail so I know it is techincally possible but I have been unable to replicate this since moving to Exchange 2016 / Office 365. Many thanks.
