WiFi scanning project for Android

We need a simple Android application which should have the following features & functionalities: 1 – The application must scan for available WiFi network SSIDs 2 – As soon as the app recognizes two user-specific WiFi SSIDs it must performs the following actions: The action to perform if the first WiFi network is found is the following: As soon as the app recognizes during the WiFi scan the first WiFi SSID it must play a video (choosen by the user) and at the end of it repeat the scan The action to perform if the second WiFi SSID is found: As soon as the app recognizes during the WiFi scan the second WiFi SSID it must display a specific image (choosen by the user) for 30 sec. and then repeat the scan 3 - The WiFi SSIDs to scan for are entered by the user, so the app must have a configuration section that permits the user to set the specific WiFi SSIDs to search and the image and video to be choosen by the user in the photo/video smartphone library. The user can enter for each SSID the RSSI (received signal strenght indicator) level to check before perform the corresponding action 4 – The Wifi network scan interval can be configured by the user (1 to 60 secs) Example: The user enters the following SSID and RSSI: First SSID to search for: WIFINETWORKTEST1 First SSID RSSI level to check: 40 If the WIFINETWORKTEST1 network is found and the corresponding RSSI (received signal strenght indicator) is >= 40 the app plays the selected video 4 – When the app runs in background it must continue to scan the WiFi networks for the specific SSIDs and RSSI levels and perfom the specific actions We don't need a sophisticated graphics so the app can be develop quickly. At the end we need the working app and the source code too The timeframe to complete the project is 7 max 10 days. The available budget is 300USD We'll release a 25% milestone as soon as the project will be assigned to the developer and the remaining will be released at the end of the project. We do not release any other milestone payments before the release of the final app and source code NOTE: This is a first test for a more complex application that must be made ​​soon
