Write an Android Camera Activity

I am looking to develop the custom camera screen for Android. The screen is similar to instagram camera with some added features. Here are the list of features i need 1. Same screen to record video and capture image. 2. Video & Image should be square. 3. Video should be recorded with pre defined seconds, it should automatically stop recording when number of allowed seconds is reached. Must show progress bar while recording. 4. Grid On/Off, Flash On / Off, Auto Focus by default and on touch should do manual focus, Switch Front/Back Camera. 5. If user don't want to record or capture video, they can select from photo gallery. Sample mockup of the camera is attached, i will send the final design before you begin working. Please provide me reasonable cost and time frame. Job description: In Detail, The purpose is to build a single camera screen which can be used for video recording and capturing image. Record/Capture Button : Single Touch should capture and long press will start recording. When capturing image, the image should be allowed to crop inside the square. While video recording, the user can pause and continue recording until the maximum seconds of video is reached. No matter what the user has performed his action on the camera screen, here is input and output we prefer to have. Launch Camera with params : max_duration,type=1 or type = 2 Output : type, location of the file on the filesystem. Type 1 : Image Only Type 2 : Video & Image Both Build this screen as completely different package, so that it can be integrated easily into my other app. OS version for Android: Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Development of webservices: No Development of graphic design and UI elements: I will provide the all assets. IMPORTANT NOTE : I WILL NEED FULL SOURCE CODE AND COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP. I WILL BE PATENTING & COPYRIGHT MY FULL APP TO WHICH THIS SCREEN WILL BE PART OF. i.e YOU CANNOT USE THIS SOURCE ON ANY OTHER APPS.
