Weight Scale App for Android and iOS

I am looking for a developer to build a certified mobile Android and Iphone apps for USB kitchen scale (Lets say this is kitchen scale for easy understanding). This scale system is actually consisting of 4 scales which connects to a hub then connect to the smart phone. Programmer needs to create an iOS and Android app to show the data send from the scale system. How does the program works: Once the program opened, it shows a welcome screen for 2 seconds then auto switch to main screen with pop up window asking for the mode selection (Wire or Demo). In wire mode, user can view the real time scale data and have the following functions(please read below). In the Demo mode, user still able to use the below functions but with pre-set scale data. Using the pre-set scale data customer still can test all the functions even with no scales connected. All the screens in demo mode have a “Demo” watermark showing at the background. When user is done using this app. User can press 'back' button to exit the program with confirmation window (for android only). Functions: 1. Able to show data from each scale 2. Able to change unit setting such as gram, kg, oz... 3. Low battery warming (Indicate the corresponding scale) 4. Able to do comparison for each data 5. Able to save current scale data and add note/name/time... 6. Able to review saved data 7. Create tutorial and information pages Exit function/program - if press back button then it goes back to main screen #2 or #4. (will have UI design chart attached) If press back again it ask for confirmation for exit the program. Programmer must fully go through all the functions possibility before start to work. Welcome any open discussion for any better idea. We may have minor changes on the function detail though within scope of the functions mentioned above. Programmer is responsible for thorough testing and debug. Programmer must ensure everything is under the policy of Apple and Android stores. For any reason, the program is outlawed/not certified and not allowed to launch in store, programmer must modify the code or/and function in order to make the app successfully launch in app stores, free or charge. All Graphics Programmer provides: 1. Certified iOS program 2. Certified Android program 3. Complete source code for both programs 4. Help on posting the app in Apple and Android Stores Routine and payment: Me: 20% payment provided Programmer: First beta turn in Me: Testing and provide request of adjustments if necessary Programmer: Second beta turn in Me: Testing and provide request of adjustments if necessary Me: After testing and if no bug is found, 60% payment will be provided Programmer: Provide assistance on launching the app in stores Me: 15% payment will be provided after both apps are launched in store Me: 5% payment will be provided on the end of the warranty period Warranty: Programmer provides 6 months of bug repair service. Provide 6 months in case of new version iOS, Android compatible issue update service. Warranty starting to count on the date of both apps launched in app stores. Term: Copy Right – All source code and usage of the app belonged to me (the project poster). Programmer is not allowed to provide the source code, program and content to third party.
