we need a simple Android app (just one screen is enough) that takes a picture of a vehicle plate and reads it using OCR, Computer Vision, Machine Learning or whatever. The app must not use any proprietary software or library. The app must be accurate, we know OCR isn't always exact but the accuracy must be good. As a reference, we like how this sdk works:

The app must be able to read any type of European plates, both single or multi line plates. We can provide a couple of examples of plates we like the app to be able to scan.
