Looking for Android and IOS app to handle service request placed by my customer. App will be more like Uber taxi app. employee will download and register themselves as service provider with their profile. They come online to accept the request. App should have real time tracking to trace nearest agent to provide service. Customer download the app and register in the app. They place service request like request for water filer service. Customer request goes to nearest 3 water filter engineer. Any one of them accept it. Availability of this engineer becomes Busy/Working on Service request. Customer can track engineer realtime. Once engineer will change request status to "Attending Customer" as soon as he reach to customer place. Engineer will work on request provide estimate of the service and complete the job. Invoice is generated upon job completion based on detailed added by engineer. Customer should have option to pay in cash or card. Engineer status should change to available once engineer change current job status to completed. There should be option for customer to book service later. Here a booking calendar is needed and engineer accepting request should be handle to avoid double booking. Customer feedback module will ask customer to provide feedback on each summery. Panic button option : there should be an option for panic button. A SMS should be sent to upto 5 emergency number added by customer. Admin panel should have option to add new service and category/sub category. Approve and reject employee registration. Block/unblock an employee.
