We are looking for an Android & iOS phone application that can be programmed with a set of device credentials and then pushed into our devices via a cabled RS232/ TTL NFC reader.

The Application will only be simple, needing to have 4 sections where text (upto 50 characters) can be input, and a "Program" button.
