Basic app for Ticket Purchases

Please DO NOT MESSAGE me if you cannot agree to this price or better. ****************************************************************************************** I need a basic app for iOS and Android created for businesses to sell tickets (i.e. Restaurants, Events, Drinks, etc). Users (consumers) will register to app and search for businesses and purchase tickets. I will provide you design files*. Below are full project requirements: 1. E-commerce payments- App will allow users to buy tickets from businesses. Consumers will register to app for FREE and Businesses will register for PAID MEMBERSHIP (monthly). Admin will approve businesses after payment. Consumers will buy tickets and Businesses will receive funds. 2. Promo codes (created via admin)- Consumers can use promo codes during purchase of tickets. Businesses will create promo codes via Business admin panel. 3. Admin panel (Main admin)- This will be main admin panel for app where admin can approve new businesses, push notifications, edit settings, etc. 4. Admin panel (Business users); Businesses must be able to login to admin to view sales history, Sales people, create promotional codes, email notifications, view customer data (emails), Export data, etc.
