Build a Charity App

Hi .I am looking for someone to help me continue designing and programming 'Charity SA' - an app that should allow users to find out more about charities around south africa, donate to them within the app, volunteer their services by messaging Administrators for organizations that need help, track donations that they have made and also see when they are obliged to help out with a calendar in the app. Attached below are a few sketchups that I created which give some insight on how the app will look. The donation feature of the app must allow for the users to donate to a charity with either EFT (bank transfer), payment with debit/credit card, PayPal, and Bitcoin. The donation feature should also allow them to pledge a monthly amount to a charity. Since the app acts as a hub for charities in south africa. The app needs to have user accounts, verified by email, where people can add payment methods which will make it easier to donate on a frequent basis, by not having to enter credit card details, for example, over and over again. The app needs to be elegant and good looking, to attract people to donate. I, as the admin, should receive reports on how much money has been donated through the app, for statistical purposes. The app needs to be able to be compatible with both iOS and Android devices. There should be a separate menu in the app where users can click a button which will play them a 30 second advert. This is a completely optional feature, and users can do this if they wish to. The app needs to be created within 30 days. I have designed a bit of the app already, but a professional is free to change the layout as long as it satisfies the desires that I have for the app (free to design UI + UX away from what my designs are so far)
