Build a microservice that generates statistics for players from poker events

Build a microservice to record various Poker statistics for a mobile poker app. The service must listen to a stream of poker events and must be able to keep statistics history for players. This is a fixed budget project, however there are more things we are going to need and looking to find someone who can complete this at a competitive price and depending on quality, we will be looking to hire full time to assist lead developer or make you our main freelance guy. lots of potential future pay. Would prefer the server to run on NodeJS and to use Firebase's Firestore as a database but it's not a requirement.
