Build a simple dating app for Android and iOS

I need a simple dating app created for both Android and iOS. Ionic or Native is ok, as long as the app works on both Android and iOS. The app should have these simple features: First, the top bar should say “Izzys” then have buttons / icons that represent [Gallery] [Messages] [Account] - Login / Register via phone only (SMS password) Registration: - During Registration after phone number is entered the user is taken to step two where they need to enter their username - Registration step three -> choose if they are Male, Female or Other - Registration step four -> enter in their birthday - Registration step five -> upload a photo Note: All these registration steps are required and if a user drops off, but then logs back in, it will start them at where they left off. ^ All these steps should have a little progress bar so the user knows where they are out of the 5 steps (e.g: 1 of 5) After registration (or log in) the user will be taken to the gallery which is location based. If the user doesn't approve the location settings then it will not show anyone until they do. The gallery should show two photos side by side like instagram profiles do. Under the photo it will show the distance away the user is. The gallery should have a filter option to filter the gallery based on age, gender, last seen and distance away. If a user taps a picture on the gallery a modal type window will pop up that will enlarge the photo and have an input box to start the first message. The messages tab will have two filters of new messages and current conversations. No images or anything, just text messages with push notifications. The account tab will just have change phone numbers and change default photo.
