We have an iOS project written in Swift 2.3 and would like to have it converted to Swift 3 or Swift4. The project has 14557 lines of code, in 121 files (measured with CLOC – [login to view URL]). It uses the MapKit framework and the following Pods (contents of the Pods folder): Bolts, Braintree, Crashlytics, DLRadioButton, Fabric, FBSDKCoreKit, FBSDKLoginKit, GoogleAppUtilities, GoogleAuthUtilities, GoogleNetworkingUtilities, GoogleSignIn, GoogleSymbolUtilities, GoogleUtilities, Headers, IQKeyboardManagerSwift, KFSwiftImageLoader, M13Checkbox, ReachabilitySwift, SlideMenuControllerSwift.
We expect a fully-working, converted app, with all dependencies updated to use the latest version of external libraries and mods. Since Swift 3 changes the way thing work compared to 2.3, we don’t expect just a successful build but an expert’s migration, verifying that the conversion is correct.
We expect the programmer to work using TeamViewer or Anydesk on one of our workstations (runs on Xeon E3 4C/8T processor with 16GB RAD and SSD disk and will have Xcode 8.2.1 and Xcode 9.x installed). We would like the conversion to start ASAP.
