Custom control Xamarin for iOS/Android

I am trying to produce a mobile app under Xamarin for both iOs and Android (phone and tablets).
I create small printed booklets that I need an electronic version of... So, the control would be a bitmap skinned page turning "flip book" control. A separate process produces a high res .JPG of each page and a .XML control file that provides info (file location and number of pages). So, this control would be passed these files for it to enumerate the correct numbervof pages and display the flip book... with the user being able to finger swip to turn the pages ... and pages need to appear like actual (curled) paper turning. It needs to support portrIt and landscape, zoom, and resize based on the screen size, etc.
I'm just getting started with Xamarin, so assuming I can reference a custom control, etc. That makes the app easy to create, etc. This could also simply be a CLASS that I call.
I have a second control for record/playback of a voice audio file... so, if we can get together on this I will have additional work for you.
Ideally, I would like this project look/feel created in C#/Xamarin.

No database required for my application. Instead, .zip files contain the .JPG images to skin the Booklet and a .XML file indicating filenames and quantity of pages. These will have to read/write from a designated folder in the device.
I have a good idea of the cost/budget, but in fairness to you I will create a bullet list of features I require so you have an exact idea of the effort required.
The attached SWIFT project (links) is the look/feel I am after, especially the multiple booklet view (for selection) and the way it zooms in/out, etc. of the selected Booklet.
If you were able to convert the SWIFT project to a Xamarin iOS and Android project(s) we'd be very close to the final state. I originally asked for a control, but it would be fine to simply have a project/class to build from.
