Customize an android app for me

I already have an app template ([login to view URL]) I'd like the app to only be a collection on sound effects and ringtones of my choosing. I'd like people to be able to download and apply the sounds to their devices, and also add sounds to their favorites list. I'd also like for people to be able to see the most popular sounds. The elements I don't want are the following: 1. Remove "Pro" option. I don't want to charge for the app 2. remove the profile and login feature. I don't want people to make profiles or have to login for anything 3. Remove the upload feature. I don't want people to upload any ringtones 4. Remove the follow feature, I don't want people to be able to follow anyone 5. Change splash screen, and loading graphics
