Daily productivity and stop time report

To provide an easy to use form for Team Leaders to use when capturing productivity and stop time data and information during their day. Smartsheet is what we think we should use. We have other uses for Smartsheets and like it. We are a very large laundry with over sixty production workers working on various pieces of equipment processing Accommodation and Food & Beverage linen. The project is to build us a smartsheet setup or application that will support having form's on tablets in the hands of the Leading Hands and Supervisors and to be used to capture productivity and stop time KPI's data and information during the day. We developed a few forms to show the data we need. I can share a smartsheet when provided with an email. What we need is: Process and direct the Data captured via forms to be used in calculations and analysis of the data for the KPI's. The data is there but I need someone to turn it into something we can analyse and point to in terms of success and failure. We have very clumsy excel spreadsheets trying to do the job and failing. We don't have the time to do the work to get it workable and presentable. We will need to add productivity rates and expectations and to change these and other lists and lookups such as employee lists from time to time. We want to measure the individual feed rates for Employees at each of the laundry equipment (pcs/poh). We want to measure the equipment overall output per person-hour. (pcs or kgs per operator hour) We want to measure stop time by cause.
