Dear sir, i have read your project. i have 3 years experience android. and worked with ibeacon. i can help U to done it. pls pm to me. i have a thing not clear when reading your description about app. about "communication". because ibeacon is Bluetooth Low Energy device. so communication between device and ibeacon is low. with UUID have only 16 byte string. What do you want for the communication?
