Developing the Multiplayer Domino Game with UNITY

Hi Everyone! I am looking for developer who can develop the Multiplayer Domino game in Unity and integrate this game to my existing custom Server. Server is based on XML (all the datas/commands is in xml format). It is a TCP based Socketing Server. You will get Server documentation. You will get graphics for game in PSD. The game will be quite simple. Check this out below : Multiplayer Domino Game App unity 1) The app will be for IOS, android ( cross-platforms). 2) Inside of the game we will have Admobs and ( in admin panel we will be able to turn it on and off). 3) In-App purchase where user will be able to buy some gold(for entering tournament), private chatting, custom image of back side of dominoes during the game. 4) There will be Facebook integration (login, invite friend, share). 5) Login with Email, Facebook or play as Guest 6) Chat over room ( you set the rules – like game time, maximum score and app will find the opponent automatically). 7) Chat between Players ( play exactly with whom you want to play). 8) In-game invites to play a game with friend 9) Online status for your friends 10) Level system (based on win, lose and draw-will calculate the best average) – this will be showed in the top left of the avatar. 11) Tournament system (according to the draw the players will play with each other. Prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as a Gold). 12) Users will be able to send the gifts to each other ( maximum limit will be defined in admin panel for example maximum gold :150 in a day from each friend). 13) App will notify users: When they were invited to play by another online user. Before starting tournament When receiving the gifts. When receiving the message. 14) The game will be in 2 mode: 1vs1 player mode, and 2vs2 player mode. 16) User can see their statistics in their profile. Backend In the backend admin will be able to set the tournaments. 2) Admin will be able to see/edit/delete/view all the users in the database. ( all information of the users will be seen in admin panel like when they registered , how many games the user played , how many of them win and draw and lost and etc.) . 3) Admin will be able to change the server address in the admin panel. (ip and port) 4) Admin will be able to see the analysis of the incomes from in app purchases, Admobs and etc. 5) Apps will be Multilanguage so admin will be able to change/.add it. 6) Admin will be able to see the games result in admin dashboard. The allocated budget is 700$ for the project. No more than this price will be accepted. Please dont bid before reading the description. Note: Developer should make an easy adaptable functions for the server communication during the development in order to make it easy to integrate the other games in the future.
