Help adding Shortcut on facebook in the shortcut section

I have tried to add shortcuts to the shortcut section on the left side of the Facebook home page by clicking on Edit and adding a facebook page URL, but for some reason, I cannot get it to work. I am willing to pay 25 dollars to anyone that can show me how to get it to work. We can do a team viewer and add the pages but it must work to get paid.
