Install game boards and fix photon multiplayer

At present the game has three formations and 3 levels of IAP. We are integrating 3 new game boards for a game where there is now a formation versus formation mode . This requires 6 boards to be built on a tile by tile basis, and integrating into photon multiplayer including chat. so that there is UI work to be done on the menu. the IAP will also be upgraded. the new formations should as presently in code where a player can play vs the computer AI, and player to player one device and player to player to player on line. The UI has to have a button added besides the requirement There is a requirement to fix multiplayer in photon please see attached documen of new formations please see doc. This is to include bugs as will be presented in milestones three are three additional bugs to what is listed in doc. Note in Photon the code has to be cleaned up please see RPC issues in doc. The chat and leader boards has to fixed as described , to include the fixing of Firebase to record data accurately and to accumulate which is now not working. The game has to be uploaded to google play store and tested to include ROBO on Firebase then ported to IOS and published after IAP verified. At the milestones to be created we will require apk and matching code at each milestone.
