iOS and Android app: synchronize contacts with REST service

The goal of the project is to create an iOS and Android app to synchronize the contacts with a rest service.
The contact data is retrieved as JSON data (see attachments)
This is just a starter project to find the right freelancer for many more features for the apps.
The UI of the app:
The app should have the following fields to modify be the user:
-User name
-Password
-Server (the server URL of the service)
-Synchronisation: (select from a list: Every hour (default), Every three hours, Every day)
The app should then synchronize every x hours the contact data from the service with the local contact data of the phone.
For every contact from the service an ID is provided - this should be used to identify existing contacts to check if they have to be updated
