ios app needed

functions needed: User can open app from ios icon on home screen. with touch sensitivity, user presses icon and has display of 3 buttons: Button 1: drop a bad vibe (Pin drop with attached rating of -1 or +1 for good vibe?) Button 2: drops a good vibe. Button 3 opens app to map view (like a Google earth type design, gps locator etc - free to source right?) if user presses 1 or 2 - the data is recorded and displayed on map. if user presses 3, user goes to map display and sees other users ratings on other gps located places. view of map is as simple as small to larger glowing circles for places or areas with more good vibes. Based on multiple user ratings. Map has display of vibes like "ocarina app" image attached below as example but user can zoom in or out and see vibes around the world. the data in order to be relevant to user has to be on a rolling time limit "like a snapchat message" rolling 1hr-3hrs time limit to have up to date vibes. a social integration component for users to share current vibes with others users or random people like a "share vibe" button via facebook, snapchat, twitter etc. A user is at a restaurant and has great service, so he "drops" a good "vibe" - the pin would be dropped at the locus on the map. User checks "vibes" on the map and can see a small "pulsing" circle glowing at that exact destination. the pulsing, glowing circle will continue to be seen for a "set time limit" by us, and also user can adjust. After say 30 minutes or 3 hours, which ever is set as "vibe time" the circle disappears and is no longer recorded. Does that make sense? That's the "snapchat" part where thins are on a predetermined time limit then is deactivated. however as more and more users "drop" good vibes that glowing pulsing circle becomes _"brighter" "larger" or maybe changes "color" to illustrate more good vibes at location. and as the time expires, the vibe retracts or goes down. that's the main application of the app. the"bad" vibes that are dropped will do the same thing on the map but with a different color, poo emoji or something. with the same time limit thing. users can adjust time length back to check "vibes" users can ONLY drop vibes once at a location to prevent "false vibes" user can be anonymous
