iOS Radio App

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. The application is a Radio app. It will have a simple easy-to-use interface similar to many radio apps currently out there in the marketplace. Currently it will only have one channel, or station and I need flexibility through configuration to add more channels or stations in the future. The source of the audio will come from a YouTube channel. Here is where the magic happens. Each week as new videos are posted to the YouTube channel, the app will convert the videos into audio format, and make them playable in the app is audio files. users will be able to download and listen to the audio files, even if they do not have an Internet connection. The application will allow users to listen to the audio only content without having to log into YouTube and consume large amounts of data to stream the video. A one time load of all of the YouTube videos converted to audio will need to take place. Is there are hundreds of videos currently in this YouTube channel. Going forward, weekly batch process will convert the incrementally loaded videos in the YouTube channel. I need the ability to modify the titles of each audio file as needed. I will provide designs on the infrastructure and architectural landscape. I will provide designs on the user interface. The infrastructure will be hosted on Amazon AWS and you need to be familiar with Amazon Web services, Scripting, Batch, Linux. You need to be familiar with SQL databases and setting up batch processes. I will be your technical lead an architect throughout the project influencing the project design, making design decisions, and signing off on the final solution. I will need your help with the entire backend and front and set up, and coding.
