iPhone similar to Uber but for a different purpose.

Looking for an experienced iOS and Android developer to create an application similar to Uber. The concept is as follows: In my country, there are trucks that drive around and fix mobiles phones, this eliminates the need to go to a store to have your phone fixed. The current situation is not organised as the customers do not have a reference or ratings to order a trusted or experienced truck/technician to provide their services at their location. The app solves this issue by creating a directory of available trucks/technicians in a customer’s area that they can order (similar to Uber). Here are some features that the app must include. 1. Ratings for both technicians and customers. (technicians must be rated by a customer after the job is complete), similar to Uber. 2. Technicians must pay a monthly subscription fee to have their truck listed in the map for the customer to order. 3. The product is completely free for the customer (end user). 4. Technicians must list their services and the type of devices they are capable of fixing (Android, iPhone) prices for said services are optional. 5. A map of nearby technicians (seen by the customer) which expands automatically and gradually if there aren’t any technicians in the nearby radius. 6. An easy to use, elegant design (a must). 7. The ability to sign in/up using social media (Facebook, google, twitter) or with email/password. 8. A profile for the technician in which they can add contact methods (phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram), certificates etc… 9. Google Cloud or AWS for data storage and everything else.
