Cattle Ranch Drone Footage Image Processing

I need the following components to be built:

Desktop Application (Windows)

Mobile App

I will be providing GoPro 5 or similar footage during the day and FLIR images during the night. I want to upload this footage to a folder on my computer. The program should then know that I uploaded a new file into the folder and start analysing that footage. The video must then be processed to give me the total amount of cattle that is currently on my farm and then break that up into where they are located. I want the desktop application to give me the ability to create seperate camps with virtual fences for each camp. This I should be able to do before converting the video footage and I should also be able to change the location and form of the camps or create new ones on the application.

After the processing, the data should be sent to a mobile application that I can have on my phone. This should be done after each file is processed, giving me information of how many cattle there are in each camp. The app should also give me the previous count as well as give me the ability to adjust the count to the actual number that should be there. The goal is to ensure that my cattle do not get lost or do not wander off. The application should send this data via the webb and should be delivered wirelessley to my device. The application should provide an alarm when the amount of animals present is different than to what there are supposed to be.

The interface should be simple and modern. The desktop app should be able to run in the background and do its work without any human intervention.

The drone will provide:

Video,

GPS location within the video metadata

Orientation of the drone

Ability to detect people that are present in the area
