I am looking for someone who has worked with chroma key on video app development

Need developer for creation of video app that using chroma keying I am looking to get an app developed that uses chroma key (green screen technology) to create an effect like the one found the video attached. The user will: -Stand in front of a solid color -The user can tap that color to chroma key that color out of the background -The user will select a background to put behind them -They record the video and the subject of the video is faded out using the transition in the video attached (they break up into little pieces) -The video can be saved and shared. -This works for iphone 7,8,and X, ipad I have UI designs in PSD format.
