Mobile game similar to Epic Skater but in 2d

Hi,
I'm looking for a 3D mobile-game developer to develop a Epic Skater -like game for Android iOS and web with the following expectations/modifications:
level 1 (running), level 2 (skate), level 3(bicicle) , level 4(ATV vehicle)
- In the start of a game, client most connect to fb.
- each level have 8 screen all similar but elements will be arrange diferent.
- between each level is going to have mini game, find some obj on the garage and another trivia like.
I will provide all the graphics, the character is going to be 3d so, programmer most know how to integrate the 3d in unity3d
All the rights for the game and its content should be given to me after completion, approval and payment. Before full payment and approval, I'd need to test the game and be able to give change requests if needed.
The game should be developed from scratch to at least ready-to-play beta version.
